Postponed Again

Nothing really happened today. She needed a little more assistance last night so they went up on her ventilator, not the ECMO. But because she needed more assistance they decided to trial her off of the ECMO today. If everything stays normal they will try it tomorrow. They weren't sure what the cause of the need for more assistance but the doctors aren't really worried about it. She got a little fluid in her abdominal cavity because of the empty pockets that were caused because they moved so much of her insides around. This was expected and the doctors aren't worried about it either. We will let you know how tomorrow goes!
