They decided to wait another day on going off of ECMO. She trialed off for 5 hours today and didn't have to go on 100% ventilation. That is good but it wasn't good enough. The docs didn't feel like she had enough of a cushion in case she has to go back up on support. I will update tomorrow on how that goes.
